Volty turned 2 years old on June (30th). I forgot to make a birthday post, which really sucked because I’ve been talking about this second anniversary in forever but I end up doing nothing on the actual date. But whatever, HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY VOLTY!!!!!!!!

After googling myself, I realized that this site is actually listed pretty high on Google. And it’s not a good thing because I don’t want offline people stalking me. (Some of them are already subscribed to my feed on Voltage. Ha.) So I basically googled for ways to remove your site from search engines – AND I found my miracle.

This may not be new to you/everyone and I could be the last person on the www to know of it’s existence, but don’t laugh. Seriously, just don’t. Cos I just found out about it and I’m real excited. Woo. You can, apparently, add something called robots.txt (with magical codes inside) in your root directory and it should kill every search engine that attempts at showing your site.

I just uploaded it and I’m reaaaaally curious to how it’s gonna work. It better not show Voltage on Google tomorrow or I’ll just have to password-protect every blog. Stalkers should die. I need some private space online.

And oh. Did you notice the new h1′s/color scheme on Volty? I edit my themes too much.
It’s not right. Sad face.

Not trying to sound lame but why am I getting new comments from total strangers all of a sudden?

Is someone secretly advertising my site….cos I’ve never gotten that many new comments in such a short time, ever before. No wait, it’s just been a long time since anyone’s been commenting anyone anyway. Here we go with site rants again.

WHAT is everyone up to!? I need a new twitter username, by the way. I just twotted that earlier and haven’t got any suggestions yet. Sureimshur sounds funny now. Dislike.

I was supposedly gone for 5 days and now I’m back, but I’d bet no one really noticed my absence. People need to start blogging again! I miss our lame vintage layouts. I still remember my candy layout. Urgh where did everyone go.

My twitter replies are frozen from everyone’s where-did-you-go tweets, yeah I actually can’t load my #replies, literally. It shows my replies, then blinks and freezes. I don’t even care to get help from Twitter, the fail whale’s been my best friend lately. Anyone getting Twitter bugs?

Facebook has been killing me. Sorry for my social network rant, but I haven’t been able to load anything. It keeps showing some 500/600/700/238473924 error every time I comment on something.

Where is the compassion in social networks nowadays? I can’t believe I’m ranting on being tormented by Facebook. Time to get a life.

So, I’m back from vacation….and got a Macbook Pro. Be jealous!

Life has been hectic. (My mom would probably disagree with that). I haven’t got Photoshop on my Mac yet, but I’m working on it. I still have 3 last layouts to finish, (sorry I keep talking about orders, they’re always bugging me) before I can really take a break. Everyone else from our old gang are all gone, apparently to ‘get a life’. I don’t think spending time on your site makes you a no lifer….but yeah, we all live different lives, I wouldn’t know haha.

I just miss everyone, and how we used to comment back and forth all the time. Now people have actually started leaving comments without a link back, so I really don’t know how you’re gonna see my reply if I replied right back in my own comments lol.

When will everyone get back to site-making!?

So…at least you don’t see some premade on Voltage Box now. – YES, finally something actually looks different. I know the layout isn’t centered, it isn’t supposed to be. ~~Also, my comments page is screwed up, if anyone could help me with that, it’d be great.~~ Thanks, Richard, for fixing my comments page!

I also haven’t gotten any navigation links up yet, which is horrible of me – because that would mean you’d have to retype my url each time in order to get back on the homepage. Sorry about that. I’m working on pages and links soon! No – I won’t be making tutorials or visitor content.

My e-life probably ~~only~~ revolves around the fansite now, so hopefully I’ll get to spend more time on Volty (and replying comments!) after Eclipse releases. I should be able to get more free time after everything settles down.

Oh btw, Volty turns 2 on the 30th of June.

I haven’t blogged or updated anything in ages, so this is probably really creepy if you even read it. If you still stop by every once in awhile to check back, well…THANK YOU so much for that. But I know there’s probably only 3 of you left who still check on Volty haha.

I’ve just been really busy with the fan site – I recently merged my site with 2 other Taylor sites, we’re trying to make it the biggest site online, so I’ve been coding a whole lot (for the merge) for the past few weeks. The merge officially started last week, you could check it out here. (I merged my site over to a friend’s domain, so it’s taylor-lautner.net now.)

Other than that, I’ve just been making layouts. It’s kind of funny actually, because I’ve been slacking around (without any orders earlier) and thinking how easy this is and then bam, 10 orders got sent in. I don’t usually get orders at this time, so it seriously made my life worse cos I was also rushing to get the Taylor site up. I was just done with the last batch yesterday, and I’m honestly tired of opening Photoshop already. Volty’s layout might have to take a while, hahhhhhhhh.

Offline wise, I’m going on a trip today. I’ll be back after the 14th. See yaaaaaaaaaa. Twit me!
